Progress last week

Last week the team didn't manage to reach all goals.

• We conducted 4 new Beta users interviews ✅
• We made progress toward the release of the GitHub integration, but got delayed on some tickets and didn't manage to achieve our goal of having a QA-able version. ❌
• We managed to conduct our investigation on the usage of Prismic Releases vs Environments to continue to deliver on our vision on the Collaboration topic ✅
• We didn't manage to take time to look at the buf from BforBank with their environments ❌
• We didn't make progress on investigating the cost of the addition of new Git providers. We de-prioritized it for now to stay focused on the delivery of our first Milestones with Github. ❌
• We made important team meetings to full realign on next steps and vision.

Week goals

• Sync the team on the research findings and the tech investigation to discuss next steps.
• Have a QA-able version of our Github integration
• Scope our Milestone 2 with environments per branch
