Progress last week

This past week, the team didn't release, except the new pricing limits and mostly focus on the opening of our developer collaboration Beta and Q1 of 2024 preparation.

Other progress made

• We didn't manage to release as planned the Personal Sandboxes, due to some technical blockers in Wroom and Manage that we finally got unlocked by the end of the week. ❌
• However, we made progress toward the release and could test it internally and are ready to release this week.
• We made progress in writing our new automated release script that we will release this week, and will help us save time when releasing.
• As planned we made important progress in planning our next Quarter release schedule and setting new OKRs.
• In research we made progress toward analysing user satisfaction over the last 2 quarters, and preparing Q1 research roadmap
• In design we made good progress on all collaboration features, getting ready to start Q1 well prepared.

Week goals

• Release personal sandboxes and launch the Developer collaboration Beta with agencies
• Scope our Collaboration next milestone: auto-push to your personal sandbox
• Scope next quarter's design improvements
• Scope URL management and route resolver improvements
• Start scoping Mock generation for personal sandbox
• Release the new pricing updates in Dashboard and Wroom
• Release our new script to automate our release process.
