tl;dr

Last week we worked on the following items:

Media Library

We made the Media Library modal responsive

Added revalidation for the media library so the user is informed when another user may have added items during their session and that they can refresh to access them

Team solidified the plan for the dry-run but this was not executed

OKR

We had 40% of pages published from Page Builder

Live editing

We made some improvements to the live editing modal to try and improve conversion of users setting up live editing

Focus for this week

Media Library Milestone 2

We have Seb and Tony joining the team to help us finish the migration. Once they join the team we will have an update on how this will impact our timelines for the migration and remaining milestones for the media library

We are adding the ability to edit the height and width of a media item

OKR

We want to enable the Page Builder to more repos so that we have more than 50% of pages being published from Page Builder

Grooming next items

We are grooming integration fields and will see if we can complete this item while the backend team completes the work on the migration (the front-end is currently up to date and we don't want to get out of sync with work on the back end

We will also begin grooming Team Spaces and releases to anticipate the needs for these projects in Q2

Live editing adoption

Survey launch this week

Aim: to understand the magnitude of previously identified blockers on a larger scale & to identify any new or additional blockers that may be influencing adoption

Search

Currently defining the vision for the new Search, which includes the flows, the desired user behaviors, etc.

Collaboration workflows

Currently refining the vision to communicate how we plan to approach this topic and preparing a vision artefact to share with internal stakeholders
