Last week we managed to finish work on milestone 1 (it will be released today):

Enable users to edit metadata (title, private notes, copyright, alt text)

Implemented the first version of our new search (this is in our integration environment)

Media Library Milestone 2

The goal for this week is for the team to start the migration i.e. migrating assets of users with PB flag enabled 

Milestone 3 - new save

The goal for this week is to verify new search in asset-service and make sure it's ready. This involves a technical review from the team as well as QA from Product and Mathieu to ensure it is working properly

OKR

We want to enable the Page Builder to more repos so that we have 40% of users publishing 

Design/UXR

Collaboration v1: Review/approval workflow

As a first initiative on the collaboration topic, we started brainstorming to create a first version for Review/approval workflow. We are working on defining the user flow and the actions to create a low fidelity prototype this week

Live editing adoption

We are reviewing our trackings and discussing existing knowledge gaps to see if and how we can take action to improve adoption

UX metrics

We implemented some of the UX metrics we defined for the Page builder last week.
