tl;dr

Last week we worked on the following items:

Media Library

Added the ability to block access to the old media library (this is for when users have been migrated to the old Media Library)

Improved the UX of the scrolling in the Media Library

Made the Media Library modal responsive

The goal was to start the migration but unfortunately, we fell short of this due to some uncertainty on some aspects of the migration. The team took the time to take a closer look and remain optimistic we can start the migration this week

OKR

We had 37% of pages published from Page Builder (3% short of our goal for the week)

Focus for this week

Media Library Milestone 2

The stretch goal for the week is to start the migration. However, at a minimum, we want to perform a dry run of the migration across clones of all prod repos

We want to enable the Page Builder to more repos so that we have more than 40% of pages being published from with Page Builder

After collecting feedback on the initial user flow, we are now refining the vision and scope of this topic with a top-down approach

Live editing adoption

We are planning to start a research initiative this week in order to understand the magnitude of previously identified blockers on a larger scale, and to identify any new or additional blockers that may be influencing adoption
