tl;dr

Last week we worked on the following items:

New document list

Added archived tab to the new document list

Added the document list page loading skeleton

Added the new dialog for the Media Library

Added infinite scroll to the new Media Library

Media Library backend

The migration script and shadowing are ready and now waiting for reviews from the platform team. Since the platform team is doing a migration at the same time we have decided to pause the media library migration and wait for them to finish. This gives us the benefit of allowing us to take lessons from the work that they do and ensures we have support from them with reviews.

Bug fixes

Fixed a bug where the default value was not appearing in API for Select, Timestamp and Boolean fields

Fixed a bug in Rich Text where users couldn't select some options in the link field select

Focus for this week

Existing user roles backend

We didn't make the progress we would have liked due to on of the team assisting on another initiative. Work started the end of last week and we want to finish the back-end by the end of this week.

Doc list

Finish work on the create a document flow

Work on the releases tab

Media Library UI

Add the sidepanel component in new media library

Add the upload and add/replace document media through the new media library

Live preview modal updates

We didn't manage to finish this last week but aiming to ship it either today or tomorrow

In the Page Builder: The changes in our feature modal are currently being implemented

In SM: We're exploring ways to add visual editing set-up to SM in-app guide

Other initiatives: We're working on updating the instructions for PB and visual editing in the Prismic documentation
