One main goal for this week is to deploy the new pricing in the product.

Goals for This Week:

Starting today, new repo creations will occur with the new pricing.

From Wednesday on, we will start migrating current subscriptions to the new pricing. The idea is to upgrade them at the end of their billing period. Over a month, we will have upgraded all the monthly subscriptions. For yearly subscriptions, the same process will happen all over the year.

Until Wednesday, our priority is to catch all yearly subscription renewals and upgrade them manually (only five subscriptions).

This week's goal only includes upgrading the pricing i.e. users won't change plans. We won't upgrade them based on their current usage. This will be our last step, and many are still to come such as enforcing product limits first (e.g. the number of locales, the number of API calls, the CDN consumption).

Database migration

There will be no progress on that front. We chose to focus on pricing as many team members won't be available this week.
