A.I - Refining Text to Slice and Unveiling Prompt to Slice

Last week was productive and filled with critical advancements in our ongoing projects. We revisited and delved deeper into the Text to Slice concept and made notable progress in the development of the Prompt to Slice feature.

Text to Slice Evolution (aka from Gdocs or Notion to Prismic Slices)

Upon reviewing the research findings on Text to Slice, the team realized the pivotal role of accuracy in ensuring the concept’s viability and success. The transformation of texts from platforms like Notion or Google Docs to Slice is highly dependent on the precision and reliability of the process. In response to this revelation, we’ve revamped the design and outlined a strategic release plan aimed at enhancing accuracy and enabling rapid iterations.

Birth of Prompt to Slice

Simultaneously, we have completed the initial development phase of Prompt to Slice. This AI-driven feature is designed to facilitate the process of creating Slice content by prompting an A.I to generate content for a given Purpose. You can see a demo at the last product weekly here

Shipping to a Subset of Users

We are eager to roll out Prompt to Slice to a select group of users to gather insights and feedback. To achieve this, several action items have been prioritized:

Refining the User Interface (UI)

Identifying the Target Audience

: Selecting a diverse group of users to ensure comprehensive feedback.
